Ruth Chieng
M.Education (Special Ed), ESDM Certified Therapist, PostCert Autism, MBA BBus, Dip Early Childhood (Aus), Dip Montessori, Cert Satir Family Therapist
Ruth has devoted her life to nurturing children and empowering families. Since 1996, she has taught across secondary schools, colleges, and early childhood settings, now specialising in special education and therapeutic teaching.
She is an International Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) Certified Therapist and holds a Master’s in Special Education (Autism), an MBA, a BBus, diplomas in Early Learning and Montessori Education, and a Certificate in Satir Family Therapy.
Ruth founded a kindergarten that grew into a therapeutic school, blending play-based, inclusive, and evidence-based approaches, and trains teachers and parents to support children’s growth.
She focuses on secure attachment, early brain development, and the golden window of learning, helping children grow with confidence, curiosity, and creativity, so they can thrive with joy and resilience in today’s AI-driven world.
Eunice Ngoi
Speech Pathologist - MSPA CPSP Hanen ITTTT Therapist PECS Trained
Eunice is a dedicated Speech Pathologist (MSPA, CPSP) who, since 2021, has focused on early intervention—helping children find their voices and connect meaningfully with those around them through evidence-based, play-based, and family-centered approaches.She is a Hanen ITTTT certified therapist, PECS-trained, and focuses on Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC). Her therapy sessions are creative and engaging, making learning effective and fun for children and families.Beyond her clinical work, Eunice trains parents and therapists, mentoring junior speech pathologists in practical communication strategies. Her mission is to empower children, families, and professionals—building confidence, connection, and meaningful communication every step of the way.
